Store Policy

• Seeds are sold nationwide.

• Delivery is via the South African Post Office from R45.00 with tracking and insurance, is applicable with all orders.

• If you require the seeds urgently, we can send it via Speed Services at a cost of R90.00. Sought After Seedlings cannot be held responsible for unpunctual and/or non   delivery by our Service Providers.

• Supply of goods are subject to availability and that all phytosanitary certifications and legal requirements have been met for the import of the requested goods.

• Delivery upon clearance of funds.

• Returns only with packaging in the original condition i.e. undamaged and unopened.

• Sought After Seedlings will not bear any costs whatsoever relating  to goods returned at the option of the Purchaser.

• Supply of goods are subject to availability. All phytosanitary certifications and legal requirements have been met for the import of the requested goods.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities.

• All prices are subject to change.

• Seedlings and Baby Plants are only available in Gauteng.

• In the event where the plant you are looking for has not yet been grown, we will require a minimum of 3 weeks to grow your organic vegetable plant for you.

• Onward sale of Franchi Sementi Seeds is prohibited by law, other then in the original packaging and trade dress.

• Onward resale of Franchi Sementi Seeds is in accordance with a registered retailer agreement with Sought After Seedlings or with express permission granted in writing.
